Food at camps
SBCC do not provide any food on the clinics (only cordial).
Children and parents are advised not to bring peanut based food or products in their lunches.
Children are advised not to share their lunches under any circumstances.
Informing SBCC and medication
On ground coordinators and office staff are to be made aware of children with allergies on booking of the clinic, and on first day of the clinic.
Parents are to deliver and discuss medication requirements with the coordinator on the first morning of the camp. (this includes eppi pens)
Coaching staff at Camps
SBCC staff often don't have the first aid qualification to inject an eppi pen. (especially on regional camps)
SBCC office staff can inform you of which camps have a staff a member that is qualified to inject an eppi pen.
Shaun Brown's Cricket Coaching staff are cricket coaches firstly and employed as such.
Our safety record at the camps over the past 30 years is outstanding however parents are the sole judge of whether a cricket camps is safe for their child to attend.
